Role Description

Institutes are the focal point of Jodo's growth at this point - as we are able to serve parents with this innovative monthly fee payment plan, only of the Institutes we have tied up with. So, the opportunity is to be an instrumental part of charting the growth path of a potentially large impactful organization.

We are looking to hire a core team member to facilitate our partnership with Institutes.

Key Responsibilities
  • B2B Inside Sales :

    • Generating leads by pitching product to institute decision makers
    • Setting up meetings and product demos for Institute Partnerships Team
    • Understanding the market variance on the basis of Geography, Seasonality etc.
    • Ability to take rejections and not let it affect the pitch to the next customer
  • Resourceful:

    • Always thinking of ways to get meetings, try different approaches to pitching, and adding value to the firm in various ways apart from just the core responsibility
    • Not taking ’no’ for an answer - persistent with the clients while being pleasant and respectful; ability to engage and persuade
    • Diligent in follow ups with the client; taking ownership of every single lead and taking it to closure.
    • Understand client concerns and relay it back to the Institute partnerships team to improve the payments stack.

  • Passionate about talking to and helping clients to understand the product
  • Fluent communication in English + Hindi
  • Passionate about personal growth and making a difference
  • Previous experience in Inside sales is preferred
