Role Description

We are looking for an operations specialist to manage all aspects of our company’s daily operations. The Operations Specialist’s responsibilities include optimizing processes and liaising with internal & external stakeholders. To be successful as an Operations Specialist, you should be committed to improving CX and able to ensure operational efficiency. Ultimately, a top-notch operations specialist should have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operations
• Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards
• Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures
• Working on support ticketing system and manage support over Whatsapp, Email, Phone
• Interpret and leverage data insights for constantly enhancing CX
• Resolve CX gaps by using data analytics
• Collecting feedback/data from customer facing teams to derive meaningful insights
• Identifying ways to improve CX
• Interacting with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues
• Tracking and reporting on operational performance
• Define key metrics and track effectiveness
• Design and build custom reports and dashboards

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an operations specialist or in a similar role
• Project management experience
• Ability to analyze and improve operational processes
• Strong management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Detail-oriented

• Role: Operations Specialist/Manager
• Location: Bangalore
• Compensation:Negotiable based on candidate profile
• Working 5 days a week with 2nd & 4th Saturday
